About Nurélie
Nurélie is a personalized parenting support app built around Harlow, an AI parenting companion, and Family Command, a shared space for caregivers. It helps with everyday challenges like behavior, tantrums, routines, sleep, and development.
It's a support tool that adjusts its guidance to your specific child and family — using context like age, temperament, and history — rather than giving everyone the same generic advice.
Nurélie is designed to support parents and caregivers from infancy through adolescence, with guidance that adapts as your child grows.
Harlow
Harlow is Nurélie's AI parenting companion. You tell Harlow what's going on with your child, in your own words, and it helps you think through what to try next.
Generic AI tools know parenting in general. Harlow is built to hold your family's specific context — your child's age, patterns, and history — across conversations, so guidance builds on what it already knows about your kid, not a fresh generic answer every time.
Nurélie supports natural text and voice input to Harlow, so you can describe a situation however is easiest in the moment.
Personalization
Nurélie uses what you share about your child's age, temperament, strengths, routines, behavioral patterns, sleep context, development, and what's worked before, along with your family's structure and preferences.
Nurélie builds a picture of your family over time from what you share and what you tell it has helped before, so guidance can reflect your child's actual history rather than starting over each time.
Children & ages
Yes — tell Harlow what happened and your toddler's age, and Nurélie will help you think through what to try, using context like recent sleep, routine changes, and what's worked before.
Yes. Nurélie looks at bedtime as part of your child's whole day and helps you build a routine suited to your child's age and your family's schedule.
Nurélie can offer everyday, non-diagnostic ideas for encouraging language and help you think through whether a professional evaluation makes sense — but it does not diagnose or treat speech delays.
Behavior & routines
Harlow factors in your child's age, temperament, and recent patterns before suggesting what to try, and Guided Tasks turn that into a concrete next step.
No. Nurélie is supportive and educational, not diagnostic. It doesn't diagnose medical, psychological, developmental, or behavioral conditions, and will point you toward professional support when that's appropriate.
Family Command
Yes — Family Command lets you share context, tasks, and schedules with a partner, co-parent, grandparent, or sitter, with role-aware access for each caregiver you invite.
No. Family Command is built for everyday caregiver coordination — sharing routines, context, and tasks — not as a legal or court documentation system.
Subscriptions
Nurélie is free to start. Subscriptions, where applicable, are billed through the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android, depending on which you use.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings on iOS, or your Google Play account settings on Android — whichever store you subscribed through.
Privacy
Nurélie uses industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, and does not sell your personal information. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Visit our Delete Your Account page for both in-app and web-based deletion options.
Trust & safety
Nurélie is a partner, not a clinician. It's supportive and educational, designed to complement professional care, and will point you toward a qualified provider when that's the right next step. See Trust & Safety.
