These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nurélie application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Nurélie ("Nurélie," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Nurélie. The Service is intended for parents, caregivers, and adults supporting families — not for use by children directly.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. What Nurélie Is — and Is Not

Nurélie is a parenting support tool that offers personalized guidance, suggestions, and educational content. Nurélie is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or emergency services. If you believe your child is in danger or in need of urgent care, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of any law; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service to harm a child or any other person; or (e) misrepresent your identity.

5. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit. You grant Nurélie a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Content We Provide

Guidance and content provided by Nurélie is offered for informational purposes only. Outcomes will vary based on your family's circumstances. You are responsible for decisions you make for your family.

7. Subscriptions, Fees, and Cancellation

If the Service includes paid features, applicable pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase and through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable app store's policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, brand marks, and content (other than user-submitted content), is owned by Nurélie and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurélie and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nurélie is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
