Nurélie's approach is informed by child-development specialists across the areas the app addresses. We use language carefully: guidance is described as expert-informed or expert-reviewed only where that's genuinely true, and we don't attach credentials or numbers we can't stand behind.

When something you describe falls outside everyday parenting support — a safety concern, a possible medical issue, or a question better answered by a specialist — Nurélie is designed to say so clearly and point you toward the right kind of professional help, rather than attempting to handle it itself.

Harlow is an AI system. Some of the processing behind Harlow's responses is handled by carefully selected infrastructure and AI service providers, who are contractually restricted from using your family's information for any purpose other than providing the service to Nurélie.
